About the role
The Proactive team is responsible for order fulfilment logistics and customer experience. The Restaurant Support Executive position is an entry level role within the operations team.
Liaise between restaurants and internal teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
Call Customers for all restaurant initiated cancelled orders.
Liaise with Logistics and Customer Service for smooth running of live operations.
Maintain long-term Customer satisfaction.
Ensure accurate documentations and reporting system.
0 to 1 years of experience in the same role.
