Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within assigned accounts.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the IT solutions sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technical team to design tailored solutions that address client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • 4-6 years of proven experience in sales account management in the system integration or IT solutions industry. 
  • Proven experience in selling IT solutions such as networking, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, or related technologies.
  • Experience with RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and contract negotiations. 
  • Strong knowledge of the Egyptian market (GCC exposure is a plus)
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, products, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
