Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent based in Cairo. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communication, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include assisting customers with their questions, providing information about products or services, and ensuring efficient and professional customer interactions. The agent will also document interactions in company systems and support the team in achieving its performance goals.
Qualifications
- Customer service-related skills: Experience with Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support to professionally handle inquiries and resolve issues.
- Interpersonal and communication skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build positive rapport with customers and maintain high Customer Satisfaction.
- Technical skills: Basic Computer Literacy to navigate customer service software and documentation tools efficiently.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure accurate solutions and record-keeping.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a bonus.
- Proficiency level of English from (B1+/B2)
