Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Moderator to manage customer communications across digital platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Double Tick (WhatsApp Business API) and CRM systems, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses while maintaining brand tone and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries across messaging platforms, primarily WhatsApp Business (Double Tick).
- Monitor incoming messages, comments, and requests, ensuring fast response times.
- Log, track, and update customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Escalate complex inquiries to the relevant internal teams when needed.
- Maintain consistency in tone of voice and professional communication standards.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and proper case closure.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support ongoing campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Moderator, Customer Support, or Community Manager.
- Strong experience with Double Tick (WhatsApp Business API) is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Excellent written communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously under pressure.
- Professional attitude and commitment to confidentiality.
