We're Hiring Recruitment Administration Coordinator
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting recruitment operations? We’re looking for a Recruitment Administration Coordinator to join our team and help ensure a seamless hiring experience across multiple accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Managing job postings, interview scheduling, and system updates
Initiating and verifying pre-employment screening and reference checks
Supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks such as test management, reporting, and process reviews
Collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other stakeholders
Ensuring timely and accurate reporting and communication
Handling queries efficiently and escalating when needed
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and embracing new technologies
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
Has strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Is proficient in MS Office and comfortable with recruitment administration tools
Communicates clearly and works well in a team
Is adaptable, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent service
Is fluent in English and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
