We are looking for a results-driven Cold Outreach Specialist / Property Deal Closer who can proactively reach out to cold leads, build rapport, and close property deals. This role is ideal for someone confident on calls, persistent with follow-ups, and experienced in converting cold prospects into signed agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Cold Outreach & Lead Engagement
Reach out to cold property leads via phone, SMS, email, and WhatsApp
Initiate conversations, qualify prospects, and build trust with property owners
Handle objections professionally and guide prospects through the sales process
Maintain consistent follow-ups until deal closure
Deal Closing & Negotiation
Present offers clearly and confidently to property owners
Negotiate terms and close property acquisition or rental deals
Move leads through the pipeline from first contact to signed agreement
Coordinate with internal teams to finalize documentation and onboarding
CRM & Reporting
Update lead status and communication notes in the CRM
Track outreach activity, conversions, and closed deals
Provide regular updates on pipeline and deal progress
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in cold calling, cold outreach, or real estate sales
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Comfortable speaking with cold leads and handling rejection
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results
Preferred Skills
Experience in property acquisition, wholesaling, or real estate sales
Familiarity with CRMs and lead management tools
Experience with high-volume outbound calling
