Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Housekeeping staff located in , Muscat, Oman. The role involves cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure a clean and comfortable environment. Additional daily tasks include performing laundry duties, replenishing supplies, following cleaning schedules, and addressing guest requests promptly. The role necessitates attention to detail, adherence to health and safety regulations, and ensuring excellent service to guests at all times.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Housekeeping and Laundry skills to maintain cleanliness and handle linen effectively.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and smooth interactions.
• Willingness to undergo Training to learn and adhere to set cleaning standards and guidelines.
• Good physical stamina to handle tasks requiring movement and lifting.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work within a team efficiently.
