Job Description
Operations Team Leader
From planning to performance—lead execution that customers can feel.
Role Summary
You will oversee direct operations with captains, ensure documentation compliance, and drive onboarding and service quality. You lead inspections, field coordination, account settlements, and continuous improvement to hit operational KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish operating standards and procedures; ensure documentation completeness.
- Coordinate with planning for routes/shifts; conduct inspections and field visits.
- Own onboarding performance and handover to Ops once standards are met.
- Manage account settlements with Finance; resolve complaints and exceptions.
- Track performance, enforce data accuracy, and issue weekly/monthly reports.
- Develop the operations team; coach for quality, safety, and efficiency.
