Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist role located in Cairo. The Customer Service Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications

- Exceptional Phone Etiquette and effective communication abilities

- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage
