A diversified organization operating across the Middle East, Europe, and APAC is seeking a Total Rewards Senior Manager with immediate availability required. The role supports the delivery of Total Rewards and Organizational Design strategies, partnering with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure competitive, compliant, and well-governed compensation and reward programs.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and monitor the performance of Total Rewards and OD initiatives, tracking milestones and reporting progress to senior management.
  • Translate strategic frameworks into operational plans and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver on agreed priorities.
  • Design, review, and periodically update Total Rewards and OD policies, toolkits, and guidelines in line with market trends, business evolution, and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks for total rewards programs, grading systems, and job design principles.
  • Contribute to the HR risk management framework by identifying Total Rewards and OD-related risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively identify regulatory and legal risks related to pay and benefits design and recommend appropriate mitigation actions.
  • Lead the design and review of salary structures, allowance matrices, and benefits packages across all Total Rewards instruments.
  • Conduct internal and external benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness and internal alignment.
  • Oversee annual salary review, bonus, and benefits cycles in close partnership with HRBPs and Finance.
  • Manage Total Rewards and OD projects end-to-end, including planning, execution oversight, stakeholder coordination, and post-implementation review.
  • Handle off-cycle and ad hoc Total Rewards or OD requests, ensuring alignment with governance principles, internal equity, and cost frameworks.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards aligned with leadership expectations.
  • Drive the evolution, governance, and application of the job architecture framework across business units.
  • Design, implement, and continuously refine short- and long-term incentive plans aligned with business strategy.
  • Monitor eligibility criteria, KPI alignment, payout modeling, and budget impact of incentive plans.
  • Manage external consultants and providers supporting Total Rewards and OD programs.


Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards and Organizational Design, preferably within complex or multi-entity environments.
  • Strong expertise in compensation, benefits, job evaluation, and organizational design, supported by solid analytical capability.
  • Strong global and multi-country experience is required.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, particularly for reward costing and incentive analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; a Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
