What You’ll Do

• To understand operations management cycle and how does it relate to organizational strategy and departments road maps to serve the Hoshin-Kanri.
• Develop and implement strategies and approaches with team to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity in garment manufacturing processes.
• Encourage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to use lean tools and techniques, such as 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, VSM, Hoshin-Kanri, TPM, SMED, … etc.” to conduct root cause analysis, identify the improvement potentials of production issues, and develop solutions to address them and update the SOPs.
• Work with a team of continuous improvement professionals to identify, analyze, and implement improvements across the organization.
• Develop training programs to educate employees on lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Monitor and report the key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against established goals and objectives in the assigned area(s).
• Communicate progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 3- 5 years of experience in a leadership role preferred to be in the garment industry
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and lean manufacturing principles
• Experience with process improvement and Lean methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
• Ability to lead cross-functional team(s) towards common goals
• Demonstrated ability to drive change within an organization.
