We are hiring an VM Specialist in Qatar for a leading global consumer electronics brand. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in visual merchandising, retail branding, and marketing execution, with a passion for creating high-impact retail experiences.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Implement brand visual merchandising standards across retail stores and kiosks

• Ensure in-store displays, POSM, and retail branding are executed consistently

• Coordinate with retail teams, vendors, and store managers to maintain brand guidelines

• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional executions in-store

• Conduct regular store visits to audit VM compliance, identify gaps, and drive improvements

• Maintain inventory of marketing materials and ensure timely installation/removal

• Share market insights, competitor activity, and customer trends with stakeholders

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising (electronics preferred)

• Strong understanding of retail execution, brand visibility, and store layout principles

• Ability to manage multiple stores and work cross-functionally with vendors and sales teams

• Strong communication, reporting, and attention to detail

• Comfortable with field work, store audits, and campaign rollouts
