 Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for a Travel Sales Consultant. The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries, provide tailored travel solutions, arrange travel plans, and handle bookings and reservations. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, offering recommendations, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring client satisfaction. The consultant will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client relationships.

 Qualifications

Proven skills in Travel Consulting and providing travel solutions based on client preferences and requirements

Experience in Travel Management and organizing comprehensive travel plans

Proficiency in making Travel Arrangements, including flight, hotel, and transportation bookings

Strong Customer Service and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and handle inquiries

Familiarity with Reservations systems and tools

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry trends is a plus
