is hiring English-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international Telecom accounts at our New Cairo site.


This role is ideal for candidates seeking a stable net salary with additional performance-based earnings in a professional, global environment.


Job Details


  • Location: New Cairo, Egypt
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: Rotational shifts and offs


Compensation & Benefits


  • Net salary up to 19,000 EGP (including KPIs in the Euro equivalent)
  • Sales incentives based on performance
  • Quarterly bonus up to 195 Euros
  • Transportation provided across Cairo & Giza (door-to-door transportation for female employees after 11:00 PM and the latest shift for female employees ends at 2:00 AM)
  • Paid training before joining
  • Medical and social insurance (up to 400,000 EGP with AXA)

  • Handle customer inquiries related to telecom services via inbound calls

Requirements


  • University graduates and undergrads
  • English proficiency B1 or above
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts and offs.
