Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales plans for the modern trade channel.
  • Manage key accounts such as hypermarkets, supermarkets, and retail chains.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions, listings, and trade agreements.
  • Follow up on sales performance, forecasts, and targets.
  • Work closely with the Trade Marketing team to ensure proper promotions and product visibility in stores.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead and support the modern trade sales team to achieve targets.
  • Ensure timely collections and compliance with company credit policies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in Modern Trade Sales, preferably in FMCG or cosmetics.
  • Good knowledge of the Egyptian modern trade market.
  • Strong negotiation and account management skills.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good level of English.
