Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Customer Service Representative located in New Cairo. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The representative will also handle customer support issues in a timely and professional manner, aiming to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality Customer Satisfaction and foster positive interactions
• Excellent communication skills and active listening abilities
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer needs effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
