We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who can own the recruitment function, drive hiring efficiency, and support business growth.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will lead recruitment activities, coordinate hiring needs with department heads, and ensure hiring quality across multiple role types.
The role also involves supporting the recruitment team and driving performance through clear KPIs and actionable insights.
Key Requirements & Specifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience & Miss hiring.
- Solid experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles across multiple role types.
- Strong capability in workforce planning and translating business needs into clear hiring priorities.
- Proven experience partnering with department heads and hiring managers.
- Good understanding of turnover analysis, exit interviews, and attrition trends, with the ability to propose actionable solutions.
- Experience monitoring and supporting team performance, and improving recruitment KPIs.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Working Conditions:
- Location: New El Nozha – Cairo
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Day Off: Friday
