Key Responsibilities


 • Actively promote and sell club memberships to potential clients through direct interaction, follow-ups, and referrals.

 • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall membership growth.

 • Present membership benefits, packages, and offers clearly and persuasively.

 • Process membership registrations, renewals, and payments accurately and efficiently.

 • Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance member satisfaction and retention.

 • Clearly explain club policies, terms, and procedures to members and prospects.

 • Ensure members’ understanding and compliance with club regulations.

 • Maintain organized and confidential member records and documentation.

 • Ensure accuracy of member data within the system.

 • Prepare and submit daily and periodic sales and membership reports to management.

 • Track leads, conversions, renewals, and feedback, highlighting trends and improvement opportunities.



Job Requirements


 • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or membership management (preferably in clubs, gyms, or hospitality).

 • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.

 • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and close deals.

 • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

 • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or membership management systems.
