Job Description

• Conduct 3-5 scheduled weekly live streams
• Introduce smartphone specs , key features, and store exclusives to clarify product value.
• Engage viewers in real time: answer questions on compatibility, warranty, or delivery. Identify needs (e.g., "gaming vs. daily use") and collect lead info (contact, desired model, budget) via official channels.
• Act as the store account’s dedicated talent (TikTok/Instagram Reels/local platforms).
• Film 1-2 weekly videos (unboxing, feature demos, scenario guides, live behind-the-scenes) with natural, engaging performance to boost visibility and drive traffic.
• Monitor live metrics (viewership, interaction rate, lead conversion) and short video data (views, likes, shares) post-session.
• Summarize audience preferences, provide feedback to optimize scripts, product displays, and video themes—improving sales/marketing effectiveness.

 

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in sales training, facilitation, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Fluency in English is required
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Strong on-camera presence with the ability to engage with audiences.
• Willingness to travel to various OPPO branches as required.
• Familiarity with live streaming platforms and digital content tools.
