Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an ELV Presales Engineer based in Muscat. Responsibilities include providing technical support to clients, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and working closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements. The role involves presales activities such as designing and proposing solutions for ELV systems, integrating security and other systems as per project specifications, and ensuring alignment with the client's needs. Effective communication with stakeholders and participation in the project from initial discussions to implementation is essential.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Presales experience, with the ability to prepare and deliver technical solutions
• Knowledge of Sales processes and customer engagement strategies
• Expertise in Integration and providing tailored system solutions
• Familiarity with Security systems and ELV technologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the engineering solutions or electro-mechanical sector is a plu
