We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team and play a key role in expanding our ready-mix concrete business.

Key Responsibilities include:

Identifying and acquiring new clients to boost sales

Conducting market research to analyze demand and opportunities

Meeting clients, closing deals, and ensuring top-quality service

Coordinating production, delivery, and post-pour client satisfaction

Preparing sales reports and ensuring smooth collections

Qualifications we are looking for:

3-5 years of experience in ready mix concrete, contruction or technical office is required.

Must have a Car.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent presentation abilities.

Proven sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Positive teamwork and collaboration abilities.

Proficiency in computer applications.

Good command of English.

Market research and data analysis capabilities.
