Ruh Al Fann is a luxury maison rooted in Kashmir, creating rare, artisanal cashmere pieces crafted in limited quantities by master craftsmen. Each creation carries heritage, restraint, and quiet power—made for collectors, not for mass consumption.
As we prepare to enter Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, we are inviting a Saudi national Co-Founder to join us from the core—someone who will own, shape, and lead the brand’s regional journey end-to-end.
This is a foundational partnership, not an employment role.

Business-minded, entrepreneurial, and decisive
Confident negotiating and closing high-value strategic partnerships

Willing to invest—financially and personally—in building a long-term luxury house

What you will own as Co-Founder
Establishing and scaling Ruh Al Fann across Saudi Arabia & the GCC
Building regional operations, distribution networks, and elite retail partnerships
Launching the brand through private showcases, exhibitions, pop-ups, and high-profile activations
Forming relationships with concept stores, luxury malls, premium showrooms, and collectors
Driving influencer strategy, sales growth, and regional marketing initiatives
Representing the brand in Saudi Arabia with full authority, ownership, and ambition
