The Leasing Manager is responsible for driving leasing revenue by leading tenant acquisition, lease renewals, specialty leasing, and in-mall advertising. The role also ensures strong tenant engagement and satisfaction, while supporting key administrative functions related to leasing.

• Identify and target suitable brands and retailers based on mall positioning and customer profiles.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor benchmarking to guide leasing strategies.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term leasing plans to achieve optimal occupancy and rental yields.
• Lead negotiations for new leases, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the tenant and the mall
• Proactively manage the lease renewal process, initiating discussions with tenants well in advance of expiry.
• Conduct regular meetings, townhalls, and engagement initiatives with tenants.
• Maintain high tenant satisfaction and reduce churn by fostering strong professional relationships.
• Generate revenue from short-term leasing, kiosks, pop-ups, and seasonal brand activations.
• Identify and onboard brands that add variety and vibrancy to the mall environment.
• Work collaboratively with operations, marketing, and facility management teams to support mall-level initiatives.
• Participate in mall audits, inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
