✨ DGTEC® is Hiring - Senior Account Manager (KSA Market)
We're looking for a Senior Account Manager based in Cairo, Egypt, to drive sales expansion into the KSA market.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
▫️Drive new client acquisition and close high-value deals in technical outsourcing and recruitment services targeting the KSA market.
▫️Identify and pursue opportunities aligned with Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation and Vision 2030 initiatives.
▫️Position and promote partner AI solutions that enhance automation, workflow efficiency, and enterprise data management.
▫️Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and needs assessment to negotiation, contract closure, and account growth.
▫️Build and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
▫️Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho).
▫️Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and meet client expectations.
📌 Skills & Qualifications:
▫️3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technical outsourcing, IT staffing, or recruitment.
▫️Proven experience working with or selling into the KSA market.
▫️Strong understanding of Saudi business landscape, Vision 2030, and Saudization requirements.
▫️Excellent relationship management, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
▫️Good technical awareness of outsourcing models and basic AI solutions.
▫️Fluent English is required
▫️Ability to work remotely from Cairo and travel to KSA when needed.
