Job Responsibility:
- Using Power Automate and Power BI to support process improvement and automation: Helping the team streamline workflows, build simple automations, and create clear visual reports that enhance decision making.
- Handling and tracking Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
- Supporting the tender process: Collecting required documents, preparing basic summaries, and coordinating communication with suppliers.
- Preparing internal controls documents and reports: Drafting and updating internal control documents and creating simple reports to ensure procedures align with company policies.
Qualifications/education required:
- Experienced with MS Office including Excel and Power Point
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Highly organized
