Job Requirements

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or an equivalent related field.

Years of Experience:

1–3 years of hands-on experience in supply chain operations and warehouse/store management.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.

Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts, reconciling discrepancies, and updating the inventory management system.

Ensure the warehouse is clean, well-organized, and compliant with safety and security standards.

Supervise loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and storage to prevent damage or loss.

Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and meet customer requirements in a timely manner.

Implement and follow standard operating procedures to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and machinery, arranging for repairs or replacements as needed.

Prepare periodic reports and perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
