Key Responsibilities
Communication & Relationship Management
Act as the main point of contact for partners, collaborators, and potential stakeholders
Manage inbound and outbound communications via email, social media, and meetings
Maintain professional, timely, and brand-aligned communication across all touchpoints
Prepare collaboration proposals, follow-ups, and partnership summaries
Partnerships & Collaborations
Identify and research potential partnership opportunities aligned with The Copywriter’s vision
Initiate outreach to brands, organizations, creatives, and communities
Support the negotiation and structuring of partnerships, collaborations, and sponsored initiatives
Coordinate partnership deliverables and ensure smooth execution
Track partnership performance and report insights to the team
Community & Brand Representation
Represent The Copywriter in meetings, events, and online collaborations
Support community initiatives, workshops, and co-branded activations
Ensure partners are integrated smoothly into campaigns, content, and activations
Coordination & Internal Alignment
Collaborate with the content, marketing, and operations teams to align partnership goals
Ensure all communications and collaborations reflect The Copywriter’s tone of voice and values
Maintain organized records of partnerships, contacts, and communication history
