Monginis is hiring a Social media Graphic Designer to join our team.

Location: Abu Rawash - Giza.

Responsibilities :

Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.

Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, incentives, deductions, and benefits.

Review and validate monthly payroll reports.

Ensure full compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.

Coordinate with HR, Finance, and department heads for payroll-related matters.

Handle employee inquiries and resolve any payroll issues promptly.

Prepare payroll analytics and monthly reports for management.

Requirements :

7+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor law, and social insurance.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

High accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.
