Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting recruitment operations? We’re looking for a Recruitment Administration Coordinator to join our team and help ensure a seamless hiring experience across multiple accounts.


What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing job postings, interview scheduling, and system updates
  • Initiating and verifying pre-employment screening and reference checks
  • Supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks such as test management, reporting, and process reviews
  • Collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting and communication
  • Handling queries efficiently and escalating when needed
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and embracing new technologies


What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who:

  • Has strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Is proficient in MS Office and comfortable with recruitment administration tools
  • Communicates clearly and works well in a team
  • Is adaptable, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent service
  • Is fluent in English and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
