 purpose:

The job holder is responsible for the effective Command, Control, and communicating all Operational, Financial, and commercial business needs in his/her area of responsibility. He/ She also responsible for leading & Motivating the business aspects in his/ her area related to managing (People, business, and changes) and any other instructions, duties that come from the Executive Director. 


Responsibilities:

· Monthly markets study to give spotlight on each market needs.

· Yearly plan for the packages required per market and destination.

· Categories the packages created by NTT (leisure, religion, sports…etc.)

· Load the created fixed packages online. 


· Arrange packages tariff contain (source, net rate, mark-up, cancellation, and children policies) to be share with the reservation team.

· Load the required local transfers and tours might be needed in the dynamic packages.

· Coordinate with the contracting team in share the department needed agreements and be updated with any special rates or offer might be received from the hotels.

· Daily, weekly, and monthly work report contain the action taken.

· Plan the packages and offer as per the Events and Holidays calendars for all markets and to focus in destinations where we have our offices and GSA 


· Avoid using 3rd party suppliers and to use our direct contracts and to include the flight service 


Requirements: 


Bachelor degree in any relevant field 

Proven experience in preparing holiday packages in & outbound markets.

Excellent command of English
