Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Quality position located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Quality professional will evaluate, monitor, and enhance the quality of sales interactions and customer experiences. Responsibilities include assessing sales calls, providing training to sales teams, ensuring adherence to sales procedures, and recommending improvements to optimize performance and customer satisfaction. The role involves close collaboration with the sales and customer service teams to uphold standards and drive results.
