Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned overseas FMCG markets.
• Identify new international markets and expand existing ones.
• Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, agents, and key accounts.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure profitable growth.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with marketing and internal teams to support market growth.
 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of proven experience in FMCG sales, with exposure to international markets.
• Previous experience as an Overseas / International Sales Manager or similar role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
