We’re looking for a Technical Office Architect with 2–5 years of experience to develop design concepts, prepare detailed drawings, review shop drawings, and coordinate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 2–5 years of experience in an architectural design/technical office
• Strong background and good knowledge of BIM workflows
• Skilled in design concept development
• Proficient in BIM Revit, 3Ds Max, Lumion, and Corona Render
• Strong technical knowledge of architectural detailing & documentation
• Experienced in reviewing shop drawings and payment applications
• Familiar with local and international building codes & standards
• Good coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• English proficiency is preferred
