Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Online Sales role based in Smart Village. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing online sales processes, fostering customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and addressing customer inquiries. The role requires collaboration with the marketing team for online campaigns, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Midas Furniture's product range and services is essential.

Qualifications

• Prepare invoices and follow up with customers until sale completion
