Role Description

The Travel Sales Consultant position is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. The position involves managing travel itineraries, providing exceptional customer service, and handling reservations to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients. Additionally, you will work to understand clients' needs and provide appropriate travel recommendations to enhance their overall experience.


The Visa Consultant position is also a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. The Visa Consultant will assist clients with obtaining travel visas by guiding them through required documentation and application processes. This role includes staying up to date with the visa regulations of various countries, providing detailed advice, and ensuring accuracy in all submitted applications. The Visa Consultant will also be responsible for maintaining timely communication with relevant embassies or consulates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements for creating and coordinating travel plans
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Reservations to assist clients effectively and maintain high satisfaction
• Knowledge of visa application processes, including understanding documentation requirements and relevant regulations
• Excellent organization and time management abilities for managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, travel providers, and consular offices
• Previous experience in the travel or visa consultancy industry is a MUST
• Fluency in English, and additional languages are advantageous
