Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Retention Specialist. The Retention Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Key responsibilities include implementing retention strategies, identifying customer concerns, addressing complaints, and delivering solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement as well as maintaining regular communication with customers to proactively address their needs.

Salary is $3.5 per Hour + commission up to $1400-$1600 per month
English fluency and Clear accent is a Must
working is remote from home

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Retention and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Highly developed Interpersonal Skills and aptitude for building strong relationships
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret customer data and monitor trends
  • Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to manage customer concerns effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing or account management role is advantageous
