Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. They will collaborate with teams to develop employer branding strategies, build talent pipelines, and ensure the organization's hiring needs are met. The role will also include managing external recruitment partners and improving overall recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring in the BPO industry 

Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting candidates across various roles

Knowledge and experience in Employer Branding strategies

Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment analytics tools

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

C1 English
