About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Manager & Writer to lead NUMU’s end-to-end RFx process from strategy and qualification to drafting, reviews, and submission. The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator with strong writing, project management, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full proposal lifecycle: RFP analysis, kickoff, compliance matrix, content planning, color team reviews, and final submission.
• Write clear, persuasive proposal content including executive summaries, methodologies, value propositions, and technical narratives.
• Coordinate with Sales, Creative, Events, and Production teams to gather and validate inputs.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and governance to ensure on-time, error-free submissions.
• Maintain and improve proposal templates, content libraries, and messaging frameworks.
• Integrate AI-assisted drafting to increase speed and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in proposal management, tender writing, or RFP development.
• Strong understanding of UAE RFx processes.

Required Skills

• Excellent writing and editing skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Advanced analytical and technical writing abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and collaborative workflows.
