From MVP to Market Reality

What’s needed now is product leadership to turn MVPs into living products — used, trusted, and scalable.

This role exists to own product-market execution, usage growth, partner enablement, and iteration — before scale.


What You Will Own:

1️⃣ MVP → Live Product Conversion

Take existing MVPs and prepare them for real users & partners

Identify friction, gaps, and non-obvious blockers

Define Phase 2 & Phase 3 product scope

Ensure the product survives first contact with the market


2️⃣ Use-Case Activation

Turn features into daily use cases

Work with Partnerships to:

Productize merchant deals

Activate real payment flows

Enable real-world scenarios

Make sure wallets are used, not just downloaded

3️⃣ Product Optimization & Iteration

Analyze early usage data and behavioral signals

Run fast iteration cycles based on reality, not assumptions

Rework features that don’t drive value

Improve UX clarity, trust, and flow


4️⃣ Cross-Functional Orchestration

Act as the product anchor between:

Tech (what’s possible & stable)

Growth (what drives adoption)

Partnerships (what creates value)

Legal/Compliance (what’s allowed & future-proof)

Ensure no team builds in isolation


5️⃣ Scale Readiness (Without Scaling Too Early)

Prepare product structure for future scale:

Modular features

Configurable flows

Partner-ready logic

Document product logic for future teams and partners


What This Role Is NOT

❌ Not rebuilding the MVP
❌ Not a backlog-only PM
❌ Not a delivery manager
❌ Not a feature request handler

This is post-MVP product leadership.


What We’re Looking For

Experience in Product Management or Venture Building

Strong experience taking products from MVP → early traction

Exposure to fintech, platforms, or multi-sided products


Mindset

Comfortable saying “this MVP is not ready for real users — yet”

Obsessive about clarity, trust, and usage

Thinks in systems, not screens

Strong judgment under ambiguity


Skills

Product iteration & prioritization

UX and journey-level thinking

Stakeholder alignment

Data-informed decision making (even with limited data)


What Success Looks Like (First 90–180 Days)

MVPs actively used by early users or pilot partners

Clear iteration roadmap driven by real behavior

Reduced friction and improved activation

Product documentation ready for scale

Founders no longer in daily product decision loops


Reporting Line

Reports directly to Founder / Venture Lead
Works closely with Engineering, Growth, Partnerships, and Legal
