Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual content that supports the company s branding, marketing campaigns, social media presence, internal communications, and promotional materials. The role requires strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate marketing ideas into clear, attractive, and brand-aligned visuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for social media posts, stories, reels covers, ads, banners, presentations, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- Develop visuals for digital marketing campaigns in coordination with the Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, visual identity, tone, and quality standards.
- Create both digital and print-ready designs when needed.
- Support the marketing team with campaign concepts, visual directions, and creative ideas.
- Adapt designs into different formats and sizes for multiple platforms and channels.
- Work on basic video editing, motion graphics, or animated content when required.
- Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, brand assets, and final artworks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions on time.
- Stay updated on design trends, social media creative formats, and competitor visual approaches.
- Review final designs for accuracy, consistency, spelling, layout, and technical quality before publishing or printing.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a marketing or agency environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media designs, branding, campaign visuals, and marketing materials.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Good understanding of layout, typography, colors, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple design requests and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to interpret briefs clearly.
