📌 Job Description: UIS is seeking a highly experienced Technical Support Team Leader to:


- Lead, manage, and develop the Technical Support team to ensure high performance and

service quality.

- Oversee day to day support operations while ensuring compliance with SLAs and

internal standards.

- Handle complex technical escalations and ensure timely resolution.

- Collaborate closely with other teams to enhance system performance and customer

experience.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on support KPIs to drive continuous improvement.


📌 Required Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.

- +5 years of experience in Technical Support with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead

role.

- Exceptional communication, problem solving, and leadership skills.
