Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in East Oweinat, Egypt, for a Packaging Engineer. Lead and develop the PCK team, including supervisors, operators, and casual labor, to drive high performance in Safety, Delivery, Cost, Quality, and Morale (PDCQSM). Execute and promote strategies to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Packaging department. Direct the safe operations of the manufacturing facility to ensure the production of high-quality goods, delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Engineering background (Mechanical or production)
• Min. 4:5 Years in Packaging department experience
• Strong team leader / Leadership
• Food industry is a must
• Use lean tools is a plus (DAMAIC, problem solving techniques)
• Performance measure tool ( OEE )
• Potato production experience is preferable
