Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Services Specialist to join our team in Riyadh for a full-time on-site role. The responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The specialist will also assist customers via various communication channels, ensure smooth and efficient interactions, and maintain a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and a strong ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
- Strong communication skills, including professional Phone Etiquette
- Ability to handle inquiries and complaints across a variety of communication channels
- Proven problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach
- Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
