As a Railway Track Construction Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and managing on-site railway track construction and renewal works, ensuring compliance with approved methods, safety, quality, and track geometry standards, while coordinating site teams, monitoring productivity, and reporting progress.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all site track construction and renewal works.

Oversee plain line installation, turnout installation, and renewal activities.

Ensure compliance with approved method statements.

Monitor productivity, resource use, and site progress.

Ensure alignment, leveling, and geometry compliance.

Liaise with survey, welding, and machine teams.

Ensure site safety and quality standards.

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

Job Requirements 

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.

12+ years' experience in track construction/renewal.

Strong technical knowledge of materials and methods.

Experience with tamping, profiling, and welding teams.

Strong leadership and site supervision skills.
