What You’ll Bring In:

  • Serving the Enterprise, Online, Partnership (Demand & Supply Chain), International, Product, and SME segments.
  • Training and onboarding new employees.
  • Managing the onboarding process for new products and services with the product team.
  • Enhancing the quality of the POS, Dashboard for merchants and the exciting services and product with the product team.
  • Responsible for the settlement of the Partners with the Demand team.
  • Providing merchants with a customized report on weekly and monthly bases such as Vodafone, Marsool, ASU and others.
  • Providing training for merchants at all levels, from cashiers to C-level executives.
  • Participating in in-process sales meetings with account managers to ensure product alignment with merchant needs.
  • Handling all tickets received via Freshdesk for the Enterprise, Online, and International teams.
  • Providing reports to all departments within a 48-hour SLA.
  • Onboarding merchants, including creating MIDs, uploading legal documents, and ensuring activation.
  • Managing terminal operations for large merchants such as Vodafone, Kazyon, Elaraby and others.
  • Collecting TIDs for merchant POS systems.
  • Onboarding merchants onto consumer finance solutions in collaboration with the Partnership team.
  • Adding merchants to the Key Accounts list.
  • Coordinating with the Finance team for reconciliation on merchant-related issues (tax invoices, transfers, and transaction calculations).
  • Managing the reassignment of MIDs from account managers.
  • Conducting investigations on duplicate legal documents across Egypt in coordination with the Underwriting team.
  • Providing 24/7 merchant support (from cashiers to C-level executives) via calls, SMS, Emails and WhatsApp, with a 5-minute SLA.



If you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
  • 3:5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Merchant Operations, Fintech, or B2B SaaS.
  • Experience managing Enterprise and Key Accounts.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, payment solutions, and ticketing tools .
