Job Description

• Process Support: Assist in the preparation, handling, and processing of textiles and blankets.
• Optimization & Improvement: Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze existing manufacturing processes, identify performance gaps, and support the implementation of improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate textile equipment and assist with routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to prevent breakdowns.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production runs, test data, and process parameters.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design, R&D, and quality control teams to ensure seamless integration and communication across departments.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Applied Arts or a related field.
• Textiles Manufacturing Processes expertise.
• Experience from 1-3 years is required.
• Knowledge of the Textile Industry.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to details.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Fast learner.
