Job Description
- Process Support: Assist in the preparation, handling, and processing of textiles and blankets.
- Optimization & Improvement: Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze existing manufacturing processes, identify performance gaps, and support the implementation of improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate textile equipment and assist with routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to prevent breakdowns.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production runs, test data, and process parameters.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design, R&D, and quality control teams to ensure seamless integration and communication across departments.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Applied Arts or a related field.
