#Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management and departments on business activities and decisions.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure company compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Oversee corporate governance matters, including board resolutions, powers of attorney, and company registrations.
- Manage legal disputes, claims, and litigation in coordination with external lawyers.
- Represent the company before governmental authorities, regulatory bodies, and courts when required.
- Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and assess their impact on the business.
- Maintain and organize legal records, contracts, and documentation.
- Support HR and other departments on labor law, disciplinary actions, and internal investigations.
#Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Licensed lawyer / member of the Bar.
- 10–12 years of relevant legal experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial law, labor law, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience dealing with government entities and external legal counsel.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
