This is a hands on, bid focused role. You will work directly on live tenders, shaping pricing, man hour models, partner structures, and teaming or JV strategies to support competitive and bankable bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Define commercial and pricing strategy for EPCM and EPC tenders
• Build and review man hour estimates and pricing models
• Support bid positioning and commercial competitiveness
• Structure teaming, consortium, and JV commercial models
• Support partner selection and commercial negotiations
• Work closely with technical, PMO, and legal teams during bids

Mandatory Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering degree is required
• Strong written and spoken English is required
• Minimum 12 years of experience in oil and gas projects
• Proven experience in EPC or EPCM commercial and bid roles
• Direct involvement in successful oil and gas tenders
• Ability to demonstrate real bid achievements and industry network
