Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Teaching Assistant. The Teaching Assistant will assist lead teachers in delivering high-quality education to students, support classroom management, and facilitate small group activities or one-on-one student engagement. Responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, supporting students with their learning needs, organizing the classroom environment, and maintaining positive communication with parents and staff. The Teaching Assistant may also aid in fostering a safe and inclusive learning space for all students.

Qualifications

• Experience in classroom assistance, student support, and managing small group learning activities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in organizing and preparing teaching materials
• Understanding of child development and educational best practices
• Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work collaboratively in a diverse educational setting
• Past experience in early years education or familiarity with the Cambridge International Curriculum is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred
